PARKING:

On the kitchen counter there will be a key fob and garage sensor. The garage sensor must be located on the dashboard in order for it function with either garage. There is no assigned parking, so feel free to park in any space.
***The apartment comes with ONE garage sensor, any other vehicle will have to be parked on the street or might be at risk of getting towed from the garage***
**Garage clearance is 8’2”

Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests’ privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels.
A sound’s loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.
